Internet Service at POR

Does POR have computers with internet access for guests to use anywhere or for that matter, any part of DW have a internet cafe type place. Always taken a laptop before, so never paid attention. Flying this time, and thinking of not taking laptop to conserve carry-on space.

I think only the resorts that have convention centres would have a business centre with computers. I haven't paid much attention either, I travel with an iPad.
