Internet 'IN' DL/DCA/DD?

Are there any public internet places in DL/DCA/DD? Thanks.

Unless something has changed very recently, there isn't internet access inside the parks and I don't know of anything at Downtown Disney either (unless Compass Books and Cafe has it--haven't been in the coffee area as I don't partake of the stuff). I know the GC business center is quite close to the DTD entrance, but I don't know if you have to be a guest there to use it.
