I'm sure I remember somebody saying that had something they plugged into disney's high speed internet connection so it could become a wireless connection. Can anyone tell me what I need to get to be able to do that - got a new netbook and I would much rather move around with it rather than be tied to the access point!

Thanks!

You just need a wireless router. I picked one up in Walmart for just under $30, and it's now sitting in my Owner's Locker waiting for our next trip.

As Andre says you need a wireless router, I picked one of these up off Ebay a couple of years ago, about size of a pack of cards, cost me £20, brand new delivered. http://www.amazon.com/Linksys-WTR54GS-Wireless-Travel-Speedbooster/dp/B000A1AQOO
Used it at Hojo in Anahiem and OKW WDW, saves having wires everywhere.

To run 2 laptops I did have trouble last year at AKL, thankfully only there 3 nights so not so bad, what I found out at OKW was don't connect to the socket marked for use. That is fine if only using 1 laptop wireless, for some reason try use 2 and it disconnects the 1st. What you have to do is go back to the router in the room (behind the cupboard between 2 beds) and connect the wireless router there, then you can run 2 on the wireless system you have created.

Thanks both of you! Think it was the travel router I was thinking of from previous topics. I'll have to see what I can find when I get there. :)
