Internet dial up from WDW-POP century

Hi I'm looking for suggestions of a cheap Dial up isp that I can use to connect to check email and dis while at WDW. I'm trying to avoid using AOL.

We tried Netzero on our last trip and were thrilled with the results. It feels almost as quick as cable modem and was good and cheap. They have local numbers that work from the resorts.

We're going back on Monday, and we'll definitely be using Netzero again.

Check with your service provider, maybe they have dial-up access numbers you can get to free.

I used Netzero before and it works fine, but I use Roadrunner's numbers now because RR gives plenty of Orlando numbers free access.

Does anyone know what Netzero or Roadrunner charge? We have DSL at home and I just want dial-up while we are on vacation so we can email pics and upload pics. TIA!

You can sign up for a free netzero or juno account. I think they limit to 10hrs a month, but for just a few days vacation it should be enough. They also have a $9.99 plan but if you don't really need it that much, the free one should suffice.

Roadrunner is a broadband provider, they just have a bunch of dial-up numbers for their members to use.

Check with your DSL provider, maybe they have dial-up access numbers that you can use.

as always though check with the front desk to make sure the number you choose from the list is local so you don't get a nasty surprise with a tremendous phone bill

Could you kindly tell me what access numbers you use, I have had no luck with netzero. My local isp doesn't have anythng outside of this area for internet access.

It's the same numbers as the Juno one up above. Juno and netzero are owned by the same company. The last time I used the 407-541-0601 number.
