Internet Cafe Question........

Hi!! I should probably know this but, Do you need to be on a certain e-mail system (ie., hotmail, AOL etc..) to gain access to the internet on board?? My DH might have to keep in touch with the office while we're cruising, so we want to be prepared. TIA!!

Yes, you need to be able to access email via either a web browser or via AOL. DH will need to see if his office's email can be accessed via a web browser. If not, perhaps he can set a forwarding rule so that his mail is automatically forwarded to a Hotmail account.

Dave, Do you know if there is ever a problem getting a terminal to use? If so is there a wait list or do you just stand around and wait?

So if I have a AOL account I can use the internet? I dont plan on using it that much maybe just the 5 free minutes that I have read about. So if I cant use it it is no big deal.

There will occasionally be a short wait during peak times such as just before dinner, but the wait is always short.

minniegidget, yes, you can use your AOL account, but you'll need to make sure you know what your password is... (many folks forget since their password is memorized by their computers). Also, I don't think you get your address book, so if you plan to email anyone, you'll need to know what their email addresses are.
