If you get internet access, can you connect your own laptop to the network? Or are you limited to the workstations installed on the internet cafes?

You are limited to their computers.

You are essentially limited to the internet cafe, though there are 2 locations. There is no access from your cabin other than dialup ship-shore which is very expensive.

So why is broadband internet access 75 cents per minute and a voice call is $6.95 per minute!!!
