Internet Access - HH

Does HH have internet access (non-dial up)? What is the cost?

There is no high speed at DVC HHI. I have Roadrunner in Memphis and with my acocunt comes 10 hours of dial-up from other places. I can use my RR dial-up at HHI without problems and get a good connection. Of course it does cost me 35 cents per call.

We tried dial-up at HHI a couple years ago and the connection was terrible. We kept getting dropped or had REALLY slow connection speeds.

There are some "hot spots" on the island -- I believe that the Mellow Mushroom near Sea Pines Circle and the Atlanta Bread Company near the Wal-Mart are two.
