International phone cards?

Hi all

On our first few trips we always picked phone cards up in gift shops or walmart - you know the ones where you scratch the back for a code to give you about $10 calling time?

Last time I couldn't find them and thought that this year I would order online before we went but am not having much luck. Any suggestions??

I guess in this age of mobiles there is much less demand but I usually keep my mobile switched off when away (o2).

Can't help with online I'm afraid but just wanted to say we bought ours in SeaWorld last year. Not as good value, I don't think, as buying from your local newsagent style shop but it did for us!

I used to buy mine from Boots before we went but i think they have stopped doing them now. I know they sell them at the Virgin Meeting..we only went to get some from the rep because it was raining that day!!!

I havan't used it personally, but I'm also looking for a phone card and that site came up on a Google search - together with quite a few others.

Another option is travel agents - I remember getting one from Lunn Poly for one of our trips

I'm just a bit wary of buying from unknown websites at the moment as I have just been "stung" quite badly. Prefer to go with personal recommendation if I can!

I started to fill in the order form but then came out of it when it looked like it was going to keep my debit card details......i had to put the details in before it actually told me how much it was going to take.
