International Gateway opening time during Princess 1/2?

Hello,

I'm running the Princess 1/2 with my two sisters. My mother and my 10 month old niece will want to meet us at the finish line. We are staying at the Boardwalk, so it would be easiest if my mother can just walk through International Gateway. Does anyone know what time that entrance will be open that morning?

Thanks for the response. This was not what I wanted to hear, but at least I know that my mom can't count on walking over from the Boardwalk, and will have to figure out another option.
