How do you get from BWI to International Gateway on a scooter within going up and down a hill? Do you have to go to the Beach Club side and enter that way?

There are hills on all sides of the International Gateway to get to the Lagoon area where the hotels are...you must go up hill....Like I stated in another post about the same question scooters probabaly us the boat.

From BWI there is no way to avoid the hill. Taking the boat is the only way to avoid it.

Some of the "hills" are caused by crossing the bridges to get over the water to the other side. As the others mentioned, the only way to avoid them would be to take the boat.
The hills are sort of steep, but nothing that would stop a scooter.

On the BC side of the lagoon, as you approach International Gateway, there are 2 path choices. the larger, main, path leads up a hill to meet the walkway coming from the BWI. The smaller path on the right, stays low and meanders along the waterfront under the bridge and then to where the boat dock is. This path is smaller but it doesn't have the big hill on it.
