International Gateway at Epcot - Ticket Window?? FL Residents?

We will be on a plane this time next week to WDW! We can't wait - Over the weekend, we will be meeting up with my parents who just moved to FL last month.

If we meet for a late lunch at Beaches & Cream & decide to walk over to Epcot thru the International Gateway - is this a location that my parents could purchase their FL Resident Passes? Or can this only happen at the front entrance - anyone here know?

There are ticket windows at the International Gateway. I bought our APs there last month.
