Interior square footage of Poly DVC studio compared to a standard room?

Here is the room layout from the DVC member site. You can see that the bed and sleeper sofa pretty much take up the entire wall. We stayed in Moorea back in 1997 when it was still a hotel room and there was a lot of space with two queen beds and a round table with chairs on the one side of the room and a twin sized day bed and dresser with television on the other. So remove the kitchenette and shower room and you have the room size back in 1997. The tub was along the wall where the toilet is rotated 90 degrees and the toilet in the corner where the tub is. There were two sinks along the along the longer wall rotated 90 degrees.
