Interior painting question?

I posted this on the Home Interior board but it doesn't seem like many people read/post there so sorry if this is a duplicate for you.

Does anyone know how long you need to wait after painting a wall with interior satin paint to put tape (blue stuff) on it in order to paint the trim (window/door frames)?

TIA - I don't want to mess up our hard work!
