Interesting tid bit regarding staff

We are in another cruise line right now. Missing my Disney cruise peeps so badly and all the amazing service and shows. Anyways. One of our servers said that Disney has the toughest rules for their staff. So instance (and this is what he said ) if you send a meal back with a hair in it. That server is fired. Ouch
It didn’t make me angry with Disney but just knowing that I would kindly ask for another meal without saying why and save a job ya know ?
