Interesting thread of cabins now moderate rate

I called about a cabin in June of 2009 and was quoted an approximate amount of $4207 for 11 nights. That works out to over $382 a night with tax. This was for 3 adults and 2 small kids. There is nothing moderate about that price! I would love a $180 price or even 200 as have been mentioned here for other times. I think I'll stick to dragging my pop up down again. I'll save over $3000, and that's in a preferred loop. So it costs me $300 more in gas, well worth it!

Well they wouldn't be charging $380 in june, they just quote you the holiday rate until the new 2009 rates come out. This years rate for june was $299 - that's regular season. Value season is $255. I don't care what anybody says, I think that's a bargain for uo to six people.

Well for whatever its worth, the value season aaa discount for the cabins is 20%. I just got a cabin for August 2009 for $212.00 per night plus tax.
