I'm all for humilating the cheating wife, she would absolutely deserve it (if she really did cheat on him), but to do it in front of his children is just inexcusable and completely inappropriate. What type of parent would ruin his children's vacation like this?!

Just because he was upset does not mean he is a woman abuser that is a very strong accusation. He may have just been a nive guy who got the short end of the stick. Even if he was not a good person that does not give her the right to have an affair she has children. I don't think there is any excuse for someone cheating on their spouse. I feel pretty bad for this guy and his children. And all of the other diners around them I am sure that was a very uncomfortable situation.

being the devils advocate maybe he was just a jerk, afterall who would really put this kind of show on, you know the woman abuser type? This could be a mind game to embarass her or mentally mess with her. Just another side to look at.

Ditto that thought here. Variation of the cuckold groom/bride who makes a scene at the wedding reception by revealing pictures of an affair with the best man/ maid of honor. Seems strange to me that NO ONE has corroborated it yet on these boards.

First of all, I think this is terrible to do in front of their children...........disgusting.

I would have been completely offended if I would have been there with my family. If you're going to embarrass yourself like that at least don't do it in front of other kids or your own kids. How ridiculous.

I hope this is the case. My heart breaks for the children. I feel in these situations the children are the ones who are hurt the most. Especially if they are too young to understand mommy and daddy's actions.

OP here....that story is the honest to god truth. Believe me if you want to, that's up to you. I don't post often so sorry if my low post count makes you wary (sp?) I thought I had more than 2 posts on here but I also think that this is an old login I originally created. Not on my normal computer where all my info is stored so I'm not sure. I don't know 100% what was said because we were on the other side of the restaurant. That's why I posted something on here...to see if anyone else was there.

well, there ARE a lot of CM's that read and post here, so perhaps one witnessed it, or knows a fellow CM that did, and could confirm it?

heck some people will complain if it rains while they are at WDW, I coulnd't imagine the comments if a princess dining experience was disrupted!

I had no kids with me and flipped out at Magic Kingdom cause they closed the counter service place I wanted to eat at on my bday trip in Sept when extra hours were beginning .So things happen people have bad days and remember everyone were only human . Happy Holidays and a great 2010 to all.

They should both be ashamed of themselves. Two wrongs don't make a right and doing that in public in front of his children is almost worse to me.

I agree.... cheating in a marriage is horrible.... but embarrasing his kids for his own ego's sake.... wow. Wonder if he'll chip in for his their therapy bills when they're older!

As far as the idea of this story not being true.... people do copycat each other. Maybe the guy has heard of this story, and thought it sounded like a 'good idea'....

I hope it's not true... but sadly Im sure things like this do happen, more often than any of us would like to believe.

Wow...I did not know that this was a common thing/old wives tale. I can tell you that I have never heard of it before. As for no one else posting about it...it happened yesterday, I'm sure most of the people there are still on vacation. I thought it was terrible. His little girls were young and now all they are going to remember is that they went to dinner at the castle and then mommy and daddy got a divorce.
