That is a cutie, suitable for any space freak. I wonder why it is a Disneyland pin rather than a WDW. You'd figure those would have a closer relationship anyhow!

WITH THE WORDING UNDER THE PIN, DOESN'T IT SEEM THAT IT'S AN AWARD FOR AN EXTRA SPECIAL EFFORT IN SOME CAPACITY? THAT MIGHT EXPLAIN THE LOW NUMBER COUNT.

When they updated Tomorrowland at DL in 1998 they put in this exhibit about the Space Experience with a Moon rock as one of the displays. The pin is a replica of the sign in front . Nice pin.
