Interested in renting points for June

I am new to this process and would love to stay at Old Key West. I stayed there before with other members in 2003. I need 296 points I believe for a 2 bedroom there. I am going with another family with small children and a room with a kitchen would be best for us. I am not sure what the going rate is and I am very interested to know if there are any other fees besides the point price.
