on Modern Marvels! My kids stayed up to watch it, too. My 3yo loves WALL-E more than he loves me (only a slight exaggeration) and he freaked out! I am going to be watching for the details of when he will be in the parks. We, seriously, will probably plan our next vacation around it if we can.
To answer the pp's question: Disney is working on a "life size" WALL-E to visit the parks. He is an actual robot (simplest definition assumed, no AI). But it does look really cool. Here's hoping it actually comes to fruition since it was on TV. But you know what they say about believing what you see on TV.
That is freaking awesome! They have GOT to put this in the parks somewhere! There is no Wall-E pressence at all it seems, in spite of the fact that many people consider it one of the top 3-5 Pixar movies. (And some would rate it #1 or #2.)
I'd much rather see a "living" Wall-E than another stupid overdone Stitch anything.

Here's an idea - they could replace the closing Stitch show in tomorrowland with a show featuring the interactive Wall-E Think of the crowds that would draw!
