I know there are some interactive restaurants at WDW, but I don't know which ones they are. What I mean by that is the restaurant or two that makes you either sing or whatever. That's really not our thing, so I'd to avoid them if someone could tell me which ones they are. Thanks

WCC- it depends on your server, ours was kind of mild. We are not to big into interacting either. She just made us say hello to our neighbors.
50's Prime time- They will yell at you for putting your elbows on the table. I have heard some people say they were even put in a corner ( I would die)
Morocco- there is a belly dancer, she got my DD to go dance with her.

I can not think of any more, but someone here is sure to know of others.

At the Studios it is 50s Prime Time is the most interactive, you may have to stand in a corner or sing "I'm a Little Teapot."

Biergarten at the German pavilion at EPCOT, while I haven't been there, I understand it is somewhat interactive.

Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge resort also is mildly interactive, mostly the kids on hobby horses, but adults are supposed to swirl their napkins and cheer them on. The entire restaurant does it, so you are not singled out.

The Luau and Hoop De Doo Revue dinner shows select a limited number of people from the audience.

There are also character meals, but I really wouldn't consider them interactive, generally costumed characters come and visit you at your table for autographs and photo ops.

:welcome:

Whispering Canyon Cafe and 50's Prime Time are definitley interactive, but a lot of fun. If you are really really not into that skip Prime Time. I didn't find WCC to be as bad. It was actually a lot of fun. The servers were rowdy, but they didn't force it!

Ohana is another one that is interactive. Breakfast is with characters and at dinnertime, the servers interact with you, play games with the kids, etc.

Thank you for your information. We were there in 2004 for DD's 6th birthday and I did not know about these places. Luckily, we did not choose any of them anyway. But this time we're going for great nephews 5th birthday and some of our party of 9 have not been in a long time or never, so we'll steer clear. DH and I like to watch other people if they are enjoying themselves, but I hate to be embarrassed. Kind of like sitting on the front row of a comedy show.... won't do it. :teeth: Thanks again.
