I found this really interesting and just wanted to share it. For work, I just completed medical and vacation insurance training. For me, I have only purchased it during hurricane season when travelling to the US because I'm generally healthy and don't expect anything to happen.
However, I have completely learned the value of it and recommend it for everyone.
I even learned that of you are travelling to BC you can have unexpected costs there if you are an Ontario resident.
It could be invaluable if something unexpected happened and vs. the value it is very inexpensive.
So, look into it before your next trip...
