Instructions for using online booking

Are there instructions somewhere for how to use online booking tool?
I have been a member since 2007, and know(knew) to use it, but I had a stroke
last Nov. Since, I frequently don't remember how to use it, and/or it does not
work for me. Please tell me there are instructions somewhere. Thanks.
 
I find the easiest way to book is:

From there:

You can toggle on/off which room types and resorts to search, then hit “Check Availability” at the bottom of the page:

It will show options with full availability for your search:

And if you hit “View other room” it will show rooms with partial availability or none:

Click the arrow on left side to see availability in each category:

Then you can choose your dates, and click ‘Continue” at the bottom:

Once you get through all of that…

It will ask which contract you’d like to pull the points. You’ll enter the guest info and complete.

You can try going through the steps, and ask us if there’s something you are unsure about.

Member Services is also very helpful. They can help you book.
 

Thank you Chili327. That is good. I do all of that and it works until I click on check availability. Then it just sits there and doesn't do anything at all, like it has frozen up. This happens 7 or 8 times out of 10 trys. I keep thinking I am skipping over a step or something, check it all again, refresh, etc. Thank you Chili327, for trying. I have tried member services, but without them seeing it, they are not any help. Of course they can still book for me, but I want to be able to look at availaibility at different resorts and various scenarios to consider, before deciding on my booking.

Do you know what browser you are using?

Sometimes the site acts like that and I have to open an “in private” window if using Safari or an “incognito” window if using Chrome and then the page will load.

This use to happen to me frequently too or I would get the 7 dwarves error screen. I would have to open up an incognito mode in my internet browser and that would work. However, I found that updating my Chrome browser and deleting the cookies/cache have stopped the problem completely and I don't have to use incognito mode anymore. Hope that might also fix your browser problem.
