Does anyone have one of these if so how do you like it as much as I love my Mac it doesn't work very well at the playground my dd plays ball at in addition we will be going to gatlinburg in two months and I want something a little more all terrain. I had originally planned on getting the jeep urban terrain stroller from walmart but they no longer have it available online and none of the stores in my area carry it.

This is the jeep and the features that I like and want on it are the storage and the way the front wheel is covered as well as the price.

This is the instep the wheel is covered and the storage is okay of course if I could find a jeep I would take it in a heart beat over this one I just want to know if anyone has had any problems with it or do they think it would be suitable for while we are in the mountains i don't think I will be doing alot of hiking but is still suitable for some of the things we will be doing there.

Well with any stroller, the tires are going to be the weak link for any "off road" stuff you might do. And the tires are just rubber with innertubes, and those can easily be popped.

We have an older style Safari/Schwinn InStep, and in as much as I can love a stroller, I love it. It can turn on a dime, it's comfy for DS, the hood is nice. The handlebar goes up and down (though you have to use both hands to move it, at least on mine).

The Jeep, however, has that front thing with the wheel, and that is great for kids. DS wanted it really really bad. But comparing side by side, we liked the InStep much better for US.

Also, check the weights...looks like that Jeep's max weight is 40, but when I went to the instep site it shows 50. That could be a consideration, for length of use!

Oh, back to the tires. I thought the tires on the instep looked rugged, and in order to get to the sidewalk for walks, we had to offroad it on dirt "sidewalk". And two times the innertube was popped by blackberry brambles along the path. Fairly inexpensive to get a new innertube (went to REI and they fixed me up), but a PAIN.

But I doubt that the tires on the Jeep are more rugged than another stroller...when you're dealing with rubber and innertubes, off-concrete you're going to eventually deal with pops.
