I used them in 2019 for groceries and alcohol. I had to meet them in the lobby of VGF and we transported the groceries to our villa ourselves, although we could have waited for bell services to do it. The order was mostly correct, with some substitutions made which I would not have wanted. But we were in the air at the time that our shopper was working on our order and couldn't confirm/refuse the changes.

I don't know how deliveries are handled at OKW (whether they go directly to your villa or just to the lobby). But I would use them again if I wanted a basic grocery order and nothing too specific or unusual.

At OKW, they brought them directly to our villa. If you order alcohol, you do have to be there upon delivery. If not, they will deliver them to bell services who will keep them cold and then bring them to you when you call and ask.

I used Instacart regularly but not at the parks. There is a manual feature online, as you enter your order, or maybe when you are in the final checkout stage, where you can say NO substitutes for each item. I’ve never had any problems. In fact they once text me to tell me there were rare items like toilet paper (beginning of pandemic) and do I want to add that to my order!

We've used Instacart twice at OKW. Very simple. Both times we had it delivered to Bell Services since our flight arrived after Instacart's delivery hours. Zero issues. Bell Services stored the food in their fridge/freezer. When we arrived at OKW, we stopped at Bell Services and asked them to bring it to our room. Super easy - barely an inconvenience!

We used them for our October 2020 stay at Caribbean Beach with no issues. They delivered to bell services since our room wasn't ready yet. Everything was brought to our room with the luggage when ready.

Giant and Weis are not in the Orlando area. Publix is the biggest chain grocery store in the state.
