Instacart Question for DVC Delivery

Hi.

I used Instacart last January at BWVs and will be using again in 12 days.
I also used Instacart last week when at my TS in HHI. Is there a discount if
I have used before? I use to see a link being passed around that could give a discount but I don't have one and I used last week and didn't see one but there is also a good chance I'm making this all up in my head LOL

If you have used it before, I don't think so, unless you get somebody else to use a code that you shared out before then. If I remember right, they have a code that previous users can share with first time ones, where each gets something like $10 off their next order. As a previous owner, I would share a code with you, but it would do no good, as you are already in their system.

Much to my disappointment, the discount can't be used on alcohol.

Also, I have another question. I was able to switch my order from Publix to Aldi and save $75, however some items we wish to have Aldi doesnt' supply. Can I also order from Publix for the same order for the items that Aldi does not have and if so, how can I see how much extra this would cost and would there be two separate deliveries? I will already have two deliveries since I have alcohol Thinking this may be an option.

I can tell you that is what I usually do. It is two separate deliveries. You have to be there for the liquor and it's delivered by a different person that delivers the food.
My question is ordering from Publix, Aldi and then Total Wine. Guess it can be done and just may end up doing it.

I guess. I will be there for 10 days. Some things, for instance I had Land O Lakes butter on Publix, Aldi had whatever brand they use, etc. I did the same exact order (two different email addresses) so I could compare. Cases of water were also much less at Aldi.

If you are an Amazon customer, check out Amazon Prime Now as well. Very comparable to the local Walmart's prices on many items. I have honestly dropped using Instacart and just went with them lately.

Wow! Amazon was quite a bit less. Most items came from Whole Foods, a few from Amazon. Even with the Amazon delivery fee it's still less than Publix.

ABC from Insta for the liquor! I like the options from Total more but they don't offer a 1 hour delivery window.

I just love the Jai Alai, and Amazon starting selling it for only $10 a six pack. Their other offerings aren't as good as ABC, admittingly, but it works for me to just add that beer, and maybe one other, to the rest of their reasonably priced order.

I have $45 from Amazon and $160 from ABC; says a lot about my vacation priorities.

We just repurchased DVC and are taking our son on his first trip to WDW for his birthday. I am already in planning mode and wondered about food delivery.

Do you just wait until you check in and then set up delivery? In other words, wait until you get your room number? We are staying at OKW.

Depending on what service you use, they will text you and you go to the lobby and get your things, unless Bell Services holds for you. I always purchase liquor so I have to be present for that delivery.

I set up a date/time prior to leaving. For instance, I am to arrive next Wednesday and today/tomorrow, I will confirm my delivery time for next week.
