Instacart delivery timing?

Since Safeway is no longer an option for grocery delivery, we are planning to use Instacart with Publix and Costco and/or BJ's for our next visit. If I am understanding correctly, when the order is from two stores, it will be two, separate deliveries. We have no alcohol with the deliveries. I was thinking that it might be easier to just have them deliver to Bell Services.

We are flying and plan to be in the parks after our arrival. I'm wondering, when should I plan to have them deliver? Should I do it for the hour after we land? I won't have phone access on the plane, but will have wifi. If the shopper has questions for me, would they be able to reach me via the app?

Any suggestions?

Just to follow up, we ordered from three stores and had three separate deliveries! I picked a delivery time for an hour that was around the time we landed. The shoppers were shopping while we were on the plane and were able to contact me through the app with questions. All three deliveries were delivered to Bell Services at BLT. We had no problems (other than the BJ's delivery being a little late)!
