Inspired by the Eeyore post - would your SO/DH/DW wear a Disney costume for a party?

My DH wouldn't - NO way! :p

We went to a fancy dress party once and he went as a doctor which only required him to wear a white coat, a badge and borrow a stethescope - well, he was wearing trousers underneath, etc.! ;)

Not in a million years, though I do try to convince him every year.

No DH doesn't do costumes. Last time we had to go to a costume party - I glued silk fall leaves all over his shirt and put a sign on his back that said "Leaf of the party".

Did your DH wear it?

mine will and is but he'd leave eeyore for me

doubt it...I had to force him to wear his "Wedding Ears" on our WDW honeymoon!

although...in the past, everytime he HAS dressed up for Halloween...he dressed like a woman.

hmmmmmmmmm

Not in a million years!! He would not wear any type of costume to any party ever.

No way would my dh dress up as a Disney anything.

Absolutely positively without a doubt HECK NO!!! The one and only time I managed to convince him to wear a costume was to a Rocky Horror Picture Show 25th Anniversary screening. He went as Riff Raff and I have to admit he was perfect for the part. Very tall, very thin and lanky. But any other time, no way. I had to drag him kicking and screaming into a tux for our wedding. Now, if the costume consisted of jeans and a hawaiian shirt, ok. Otherwise, nope, never.

Um. No. Once he wore some Mickey boxers to sleep in at Christmas because the kids gave them to him. Does that count?;)

Mine doesn't like costumes either, but sometimes he surprises me, and I think he WOULD dress Disney, if I dressed as a corresponding character. You know, like Mickey and Minnie.::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

DH would in a heartbeat....as long as it wasn't some cuddly character! he much prefers the villians!!

Nope! My dh is severely Disney impaired. No way would he wear a "Disney" costume for anything.

That's funny you posted this as last year my DH wanted a Disney tie for work as he said loads of men wear them in his office these days and he really liked them, before saying this he never wanted one. :smooth:

By the time we got to Disney and had a look at them it was "well, perhaps I don't want one after all - they're not really me"! So no Disney ties came home with us after all. :confused3

Well, it depends on the costume... We were looking at the Disney Store halloween costumes, and although he would NEVER wear a Mickey, Pooh, Genie type costume, he said he would wear the Hook costume. If we ever go to WDW around Halloween, I told him he'd have to wear that atleast. :)

I don't think so. :p Maybe, just maybe, if it was one of the PoC characters, but I can't see anything else. :p
