5 - Tiger Woods - A couple years ago, I thought he'd be climbing higher on this list by now. Instead, he got a swedish girlfriend and lost his game along the way...lol
4 - Joe Montana - I'll tell you how great Joe was....he's among my favorite players ever despite the fact that he graduated from that hole in South Bend Indiana
3 - Wayne Gretzky - Changed the way hockey was played, and made it watchable for an American audience. The NHL wouldn't be in the trouble it's in now if players like Gretzky and Lemiuex were the norm (their style, not sheer talent) instead of systems like the boring Devils trap. It's practically killed the league.
2 - Jerry Rice - Has set receiving records that will likely never be broken, and has done so in a career that began with people telling him he couldn't do it (wasn't fast enough, ya' know)
1 - MJ.....Not my favorite athlete, but I don't think we'll ever see an athlete quite like him again. Just completely dominant in his era...you KNEW he was going to win.
