I got to see my cousin's baby for the first time tonight- she is just beautiful. Her name is Olivia- she is such a sweet little baby! Just adorable! I held her until I HAD to give her back!!

Yes, that would be him, with a very old sig picture which I made him take out today. I hate that picture, but he likes it because he looks so much younger than he does now.

And how do you still have jelly beans? I finished ours weeks ago.

Two of my goofy kids don't like candy. But the bunny leaves it for them anyway (that's what bunnies DO, ya know?) Figured it is my duty to polish it off before 4th of July rolls around.

It is soo flippin cold here! People were wearing pants today! Mom and non-mom variety.

Thanks to the DIS I am now a wee bit self-conscious about my mom tapered pants!

Airport security took my air freshener! I think they saw that it is called, "Biological Odor Eliminator" and thought I might be up to no good!

I loove those things! Got brand new, still in the plastic Christmas placemats for $.50!! And they are really nice!

Oh, CB- don't tell me you wear tapered pants. I don't have time to go to your state and hold an intervention. (PS- I ordered Cold Sassy Tree- did I mention that? Hmmmm- well, anyway- if I didn't before, now I have).

I love finding stuff at yard sales too- plus- we just held a yard sale, and I made $65 for the baby fund, and i sold some great stuff! It was just stuff that either didn't look right in our new house, or stuff I just didn't have room for. Various art prints, candle holders, books, etc.

I like the book club idea too.

I have spent all day working outside. I'm beat. We were going to set the pool up today, but we're both wornout, so maybe tomorrow.

OH- and we got up early and went to yard sales!! We found some great stuff! I bought 6 (I think) books about pregnancy that I actually HAVEN'T read for $1 each. We got an $85 dollar telescope for $25 (my dh is thrilled- he's been begging for a telescope forever- it even has a computer program with it- hooray. Actually- I bought that from my eye doctor. Small world. )

Got an adorable super-light barely used (still had some plastic wrapping on it) stroller for $2. Folds up very compact, too- would be perfect for WDW.

Mark got some CD's (still in their wrappers) for a quarter each- the woman's cousin worked for Sony and would send her free CDs, but she hadn't heard of some of the bands (Franz Ferdinand, a couple others)- so hooray for us.

Oh, and I bought these little noise machines with night lights that hook onto a crib- it makes different sounds: rain, heartbeat, music, or ocean and the woman loved it so much and said they worked so well to help her baby sleep, that she bought two- so I bought both- one for me and one for SIL.

SO, all in all, a good day buying other people's junk!
