Inspired by Barbeml, what would you say for your negative qualities?

I'm just curious, those of you who do the interviewing - what kind of response do you generally hope to see?

Those of you who are the interviewees, what do you usually respond with?

I'm an administrative assistant, so I usually say "shorthand" is my negative quality. First, it's absolutely true, and second, if that skill is required, I don't want the job, and third, it's so easy to get around with techology today.

Just curious.

In an interview I would say that I impose deadlines on my work that are sometimes too strict.

In real life I would say that I am lazy, surf the internet during work hours way too much, and gossip with my coworkers way too much.

At an interview, I say my weak quality is that I'm a perfectionist. It's true and they like hearing it.

Hey, that's my ideal job! However, even though the DIS is the internet, it doesn't count as a negative.

Thanks for the new ideas, I was kinda getting sick of the shorthand story.
