I know I do. The big thing now is questioning my teen sons about the girls in their lives. Also, Up until a few months ago I had a Town and Country mini van. Every holiday I would put disney, usually pooh clings on the windows. I also had a tigger antenna topper. They would always peel these off when I wasn't looking, or roll the windows down no matter what the weather, when I dropped them off at school. We got rid of the van and I bought a jeep wrangler. I was in a minor accident and it needed to get painted. My dh and I told them I was having it painted tigger striped, and putting a tigger decal on the side, and calling it the tigger mobile. They believed me and were sweating it until I brought it home candy red. LOL.
My dh would go to my sons wrestling match and football game and chant Who Let the Dogs Out. Or at least tease him that he would.

Impossible. They know I am much easier to embarrass.

I don't do it on purpose, but I've been known to yell, "Alright Boo!" whenever DS scores a goal. Sometimes he ignores me and sometimes he glares at me. Whoopsie!

I sometimes playfully suggest that we go into Victoria's Secret when we're at the mall. My 10 year son always thinks that's a REAL bad idea! :)

As much as she embarrasses me, you better believe it!!!:teeth:

Constantly. It's what I do best. :teeth: But by the time they're teenagers, all you have to do is breathe to embarass them.

On the other hand, our kids are old enough to go off together at WDW but they like to stay with us. The reason my teenager gave was that we're funny. :teeth:

Yep! They hate when I yell at the football games. It was easier when they played because they couldn't hear me.

I am also very clumsy. I have embarrassed all of them with some of my "famous" falls.

Browneyes, you took the words right outa my mouth. It is my job too. And I am very hard to embarrass. I usually come out on top. Of course, my mother can still embarrass me, so I guess it all evens out in the long run.

to have children?!?!?LOL Isn't known as the "Circle of Life"? Your parents embarrassed you, and so on, and so on, and so on!LOL

Of Course I Do!!!!
Last year when DD was in 7th grade she had to be at school an hour early to work on something in the computer lab so I just threw on a pair of khaki's with my nightgown and tossed on a cardigan sweater for warmth. Didn't even brush my hair. when we got to school it looked deserted! I told DD that I would wait in the mini-van for her to run in & make sure the teacher & other students were there but to be sure she came back to let me know. She said "Ok". Well, 5 minutes go by & I still haven't seen her...I'm starting to get worried......I wait another minute or 2 and then I'm having visions of her being attacked in a deserted hallway......what's a mother to do.....I GOT OUT & WENT IN! I ran in to the secretary & explained my dilemma so sent me to the computer lab. When I got to the door DD was on the other side of the room & the room was crowded with other kids. She looked at me and slowly shook her head....so I of course motioned her over to the door. She was MORTIFIED! She said "You are in your pajamas!" I said "Next time you'll remember to come back out".
Now my big threat is.....don't make me mad or I'm coming to school in my pajamas & they know I will!;) :p

I haven't embarassed my kids yet, but I should get in my fair share when they're teenagers.

My favorite story is of my father, who was asleep on the couch when my sister brought her date home. Dad was out of it. This was the first time my sister went out with this guy, so the embarassment was even worse.

Dad's leg had fallen asleep, so when he got up to shake the date's hand, he toppled to the ground. Instead of saying that his leg was asleep, he proceeded to crawl to the staircase and crawl up it to bed! :p

Needless to say, that was my sister's last date with that guy. She was mortified. Dad barely remembered what happened because he was so tired.

do you ever embarrass your kids

Wait...is this a trick question? Isn't it part of your job as a parent to embarrass your children? Especially in front of their peers.

Heck, if you can't do that then what fun is it being a parent :D

Constantly. It's what I do best. But by the time they're teenagers, all you have to do is breathe to embarass them.

LOL! It's the same way here. I breathe so I must embarass them! They do complain about DH more than me. Seems they have a problem with his corny jokes and weird sense of humor.

Yes! Of course I embarrass them!

But concerning sporting events: my son told me about 2 years ago at a baseball game, "I don't ever want to hear you yelling anything again at one of my baseball games." So I don't. All I was yelling was encouraging things like: "way to go", "that's they way" stuff like that?!?! But I have shut up (much to my husband's amazement)
