insomnia sucks

I hate that feeling.
Probably once every two months, I'll just have a week straight where I lay in bed staring at the ceiling. I'm tired, but I just can't sleep.

I couldn't really sleep because I had a bad nosebleed that lasted a long time, but not really the same.

Good luck falling asleep!

last night was my second night of not being able to sleep in a row. my boyfriend is awesome and brought me 2 Amps to school today

:wave2: Hello!

On average, I get about 2-3 hours of sleep a night. Rarely more than that and commonly less.

During the school year I would miss about a night of sleep at least once a week...there would be days/nights where I would be up 48 hours straight and unfortunately that was not uncommon.

My roommate and I would usually start getting ready for bed around 5:30 am. We began to obtain a reputation as the night owls of our dorm. lol.

Sometimes I can't sleep because I'm just way too wide awake. Sometimes it's because I find sleeping to be extremely boring and would rather do something else. Sometimes it's because I can't stop thinking (thinking always keeps me up late even when I'm trying to sleep). OR it could be that I just HATE the idea of sleep. There were uncountable times where I would cringe at the idea of having to sleep lol. It was weird.

ETA: If you've been up for at least two days straight, avoid doing what I did...do not drink 3 energy drinks and then take 2 caffine pills. That's almost ER worthy. lol.

I was up till 3am! I couldn't sleep. My body would wake up like every 5-10 mins. I did everything. Finally, I fell asleep. But yea, I have had nights where it has been (literally) sun up to sun down.

Ladies and Gentlemen were are now expieriancing one of the lovely side effects of chemo : insomnia. And don't you worry, it could stick around for the next 7 months! Yippe. not.

Arghh.
I am wide awake. And I didn't get much sleep Saturday night either. I want to shoot myself. I really do become a b**** without sleep. I'm alternating my laptop with watching A Walk to Remember because my Ambien is gone! D:

I had almost 10 months of this 'no sleep in the hospital' crap and the doctor said it could last of another 7 months or whenver I fully heal. (energy, walking, eating better) D: D: D: I've had maybe 2 GOOD night sleeps in the past year!

ETA: It's 4:05 here. Not whatever the timestamp says.
