lamely, I was asleep... Though I woke up about 10:30.
 

Right now, it is coming up to 11:15.
 
It's only 6:30 here...but I have school for 13 more days...and get out on Friday the 13... 0_0

I couldn't GET to sleep for the longest time last night, but I finally did. But a few weeks ago, on this one night, I must've gotten like, 2-3, MAYBE 4 hours of sleep? But it wasn't deep sleep. Like...slumbering...know what I mean?

Or am I just crazy?
 
You're not crazy. Last Wednesday, I went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 4:45 but didn't "sleep" at all. I was asleep, but I was aware of my surroundings, if that makes sense.

Oh look it's my insomnia buddy!

I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow but I wake up at 4:30 AM
 
its a quarter to six here.

and i'm still awake.

i've not slept since i went to sleep on sunday night.
 
I probably wasn't.
I was tossing and turning alot last night.
I tried getting on the internet at about 2:30, but since it was storming, they unplugged the living room computer leaving me with just whatever was on my desktop to do.
I only stayed up for about 20 minutes though. The light from my computer made me tired.
 
Haha I had the same problem last night/this morning. I didn't fall asleep until about 5...and I got up at 6:45.
It does suck.
 
I wouldn't say I have insomnia, but recently I have been waking up at stupid-o'clock in the morning because I have hayfever. T'is very random. I'll just wake myself up at 3am because I'd have just sneezed.

I didn't sleep much last night either, but I don't have insomnia.
And well, when I wake up, I usually just toss and turn.
My pc is in the basement, takes too much effort to come down.
 
I take a 1mg melatonin supplement... Melatonin is something your body makes naturally but some people's bodies don't make enough, sometimes resulting in insomnia. You should try it, it works great for me. My doctor said it would be good for me so I tried it and voila!
 
i actually had a fairly good nights sleep last night but i have trouble sleeping when i have to get up at a set time. When i cant sleep i just look foward to the summer where i get into my perfect sleeping pattern. i think everyone has one and i was lucky enough to find mine last summer, unfortunatly its a bit hard to do when you have to go to school if it involves staying up 'til 4am and then walking up at 11:30 in the morning.
 
i am an insomniac. i slept from 5am until 5:15am that was it. thank goodness for caffiene.:surfweb:
 
I had trouble falling asleep last summer.
I wouldn't get to bed until 5 AM every night/morning.

I take medicine before I go to bed for something, and it usually knocks me out within ten minutes so I dont have problems falling asleep anymore.

:hug: for your insomnia. I would hate if I had it during the school year... =/
 
So when you guys can't sleep...what do you end up doing?
Last night I alternated with listening to my ipod...going on the computer and reading The Host.

i fell asleep at like 5 in the morning
