Sayhello, just to clarify now that we have a date for the regular abd's is your source saying that the cruise add-ons will still be in June (rather than releasing at same time like they did last time?). Can you tell I'm anxious lol?

They usually spread the gifts out over a few days. I'm not worried yet...

My source was quite specific that the date for the add-ons was June 18th. I haven't heard any different from him.

I haven't gotten anything…I've done 3 trips! I can't remember if I signed up or not, so I just registered again.

Is someone going to tell us what the gift is?

Mine arrived today! What a pleasant surprise!

So we can start booking 2015 trips on May 20? I must confess, the envelope in the mail makes me think seriously about making an early reservation with ABD on that date if that's how it works.

Did anyone else think it a bit amusing that the envelope was plugging new trips to the AMAZON, while the little surprise was affiliated with a competitor of Amazon?

Hmmmm, I think I need to go to my mail box!

I'm not surprised to hear the Amazon is part of the offerings, their local guide company in Ecuador is also very involved in Amazon River trips, so if they have demand, it was probably only a matter of time!

I'd love to do that, but I have Italy in mind, the problem is my DH doesn't want to book another Europe trip until after our trip (non ABD) to Central Europe (Budapest, Bucharest, Istanbul) this fall. Luckily, we don't need the "hottest" dates, since we are not traveling with children, but I do like those lower early booking prices. Right now, we are thinking a Panama Canal cruise for 2015/16 that would be half the price of an Italy ABD. I have to get him on board for another big Europe trip...we will see, but I won't be booking in May

Travel books! That's the first thing I thought of too when I saw the GC! I always joke that I spend my money mostly on books and travel and especially travel books! (But now I mostly research on line

I was hoping they would tie the Amazon cruise with Machu pichu, since we have already been to the Galapagos! But I would go back

We got ours on Saturday! Love the little bit of pixie dust!
We won't be doing another ABD trip until my DD graduates high school in. 2018, but I'm already saving for them. We hope to do two or three weeks in Europe with add on to Disneyland Paris..

Hope to do Ireland, England and France!!
