Inside The Magic : DVC Rumors

I have been listening to the "Inside The Magic" Podcasts over the last few weeks and I really enjoy hearing about Disney, and some of the things going on the. The show host Rick Brigante (think that is correct) does a good job of reporting about new rides, upgrades, and other things going on.

The last two shows have had new DVC rumors :

1. A New DVC Resort at the Contemporary
2. New DVC sections at the Animal Kingdom

I have seen both resorts mentioned here before, but wondered if anyone had further info about this? Two great spots that would work well as DVC options!
