Are they anywhere to be met and have a picture taken?

Joy and Sadness are at Epcot. No FP+ but yes to pics etc

They meet in Epcot at the Chararer Spot all day. Usual waits seems to be about 30-60min all day. No Fastpass

I assumed that Anger can't be a M&G character as due to the dimensions of the character and his relative size to Joy, it would be impossible to make the suit work. It's a pity because he seems to be a lot of people's favourites
