I’ve got mixed messages from two employees… I’m already in DCA and have tickets to tonight’s party for my friend and myself, at what time can we start to pick up a wrist band and where inside the park?

Starts at 2:30 and right between Avengers Campus and Cars Land. (It's the area where they usually have Magic Key seating during Food & Wine.)
