Insanity, I'm beginning to think....

There all right.

My DH tells me all the time that I'm insane. My MIL stays clear of my house during the holiday preparations, say I drive her crazy I have a hundred things going at once.

Yesterday I came to the conclusion that maybe there right.

I spent Monday cleaning and polishing the furniture. On Tuesday I get the 2 5-year olds for the day.

A family tradition in our house is homemade ravioli's. I fill them with the last of the swiss chard from the garden and ground pork. They are a favorite of my children.

Yesterday I'm going to make the ravioli's. Caoilinn decides she's going to help. Never make ravioli's with a 5-year old.

I have pasta dough and flour everywhere. I now have to reclean everything I already cleaned. Oh well I guess there all right "I'm insane" and loving it.

Mamu, I think you and I ought to live next door to each other.

I'm making gingerbread houses with 3 people this season and hundreds of gingerbread men for the kids at our school to decorate.

That's not to mention trimming the wreaths, decorating the house and holding an elaborate Christmas Eve dinner.

I make homemade sage/rosemary breadsticks....wanna share?????
