we went this past friday. We got to the park around 4:30pm, they had a seperate line for party people. gave us our wrist band and trick or treat bag.
The bag is the size of a paper lunch bag. Orange with black handles. We filled our bags to the top with candy. The CM's handed out candy during parade and just when you were out and about. There were Goofy designated stops where there were bins of candy. The CM's usually gave you a handful. Mostly wrapped chocolates, tiny minature candies, smarties, bottle caps, starburst, dom doms. We never had a line for candy. As you exited the park after the party there are big bins of mini snicker bars.
Some decorations were up already when we got there at 4:30. At 7pm they put on the great music, dim the lights and shine bright colors and project ghosts, witches and ghouls on the main street buildings. Castle is dimmly lit.
There was a giant inflatable micky ghost and pumpkin but i did not see any spiders.
I wasn't real excited about the halloween merchandise. There were two different party shirts-an orange or black one, a snow globe, pumpkin mickey ears, antenna topper witch which was cute and some other stuff. Not a wide selection.
