Input on our plan,please!

We will be arriving in a few weeks at midnight on a Saturday night. To save points(!!) we are staying at Pop that night. We are taking ME and plan to tell Bell Services at Pop NOT to deliver our luggage (we will take enough for bed and the next day. Then on Sunday morning we will ask Bell Services to deliver our checked bags to SSR.

We plan to check in at SSR about 9AM. If a villa is ready great, but we do not expect it. We will leave our carry on luggage with Bell Services there so it can all be delivered to our room.(not leaving it at POP just in case our room IS ready we can bring it there).

We are planning to take a taxi from Pop to SSR. DD(age 17) will likely go direct to the parks and let old Mom and Dad handle the details, and we will catch up with her.

Anyone see any holes in this plan? Should we foresee any problems with our luggage plan?
Note: we are waiting for our ME tags to be Fedexed...first time they sent them to the wrong address, when they fixed it they sent them marked for the wrong days. Weird.

Why not take the luggage with you to the bus.

This way you will have them with you and you can have them taken with you in the taxi the next morning! Less chance of getting lost!

If the room isn't ready, then leave everythign with Bell Services at SSR.

I agree with taking the bags with you and leaving them at SSR bell services yourself. You CAN wait for bell services to deliver them, but if there is a room ready for you at SSR, you would be able to get settled if you had your bags too.

Thanks! Our feeling was that we did not want to hassle with them at midnight or later, if we would not need them. Guess we will rethink that.
Hmm..maybe we will let ME get them and then claim them from Bell Services in the morning and take them to SSR in case the villa is ready when we check in. More to think about....
