on 8/11, i purchased an Innova PureWater Bottle (27 oz) and 2 extra filters for my september trip to WDW. i haven't received my order yet, so yesterday afternoon i sent an e-mail asking for the status of my order-no response as of right now. i've tried calling these people several times over the past few days, and all i get is an answering machine-did i screw up? has anyone else purchased one of these? are they just slow or should i really be concerned?
