Hey everyone,
I thought this was a tread we might all appreciate!
I'm all signed up for the Goofy Challenge 2010 and am so excited everytime I think about it. Unfortunately I've been having some problems with my peroneal tendons down under my ankle to the bottom of my foot and it's making me very anxious thinking about training all year and then potentially not being able to run the races. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions on prevention for this injury and possible treatment. Right now I'm training for a 30km race at the end of March.
