Traveling with one who cannot consume any dairy. Is there somewhere I can find a list of safe foods? Ingredients so I can browse? Any tips on places/things that are safe?

The link and info. in the post above are for WDW, not DLR. The foods/restaurants at DLR, as well as how they handle food allergies, will be different. I have put some more info. in my post below.

Here is a recent thread about dairy free dining at DLR. It has some information that should be helpful to you, but one poster does mention that they don't have a list for dairy free dining. She also mentioned that she spoke to Chef Chris about options, so I would call Disney Dining and ask for his current phone number so that you can contact him. I know other people on here have spoken to him also about various dietary needs. He is really great to talk to and will help you as much as possible.
