Informing Guests

How did you guys make sure all your guests knew where to be and what time.
I'm starting to worry about this because i dont have everyone e-mail. And my EM said to not bother having notes delivered to their rooms.
Soooo Im kinda clueless...

Well, you still have a little time. Write up a short list of dates and times and mail them out, just to be on the safe side, call them and make sure they recieved them. It doesn't have to be real formal, just a quick note so that everyone knows what's going on and when! Good luck!

I typed up a word doc with an event by event, hour by hour listing of EVERYTHING for the wedding day, and emailed it out beforehand. I also made up goodie bags and stuck a copy in them, too

we did a newsletter before the wedding with this info & also had a guest itiniary reminder we included in our guests welcome bags. i also did the same for our parents & wedding party with transportation pickups for our wedding, rd, etc.
