You have come to the right place to find out everything you ever wanted to know about
DVC! This website has EVERYTHING on DVC right now, and you can do a search once you know what to ask. At the top of this page you will see "DVC FAQs", which you can click on to find out the basics. If you get to the point where you understand about the points, then you can click on DVC
point charts, and of course you need to be clicking on and reading several of the threads on these boards.
The first thing you need to decide is whether or not you MUST stay on-site in luxury accommodations. If your answer is "no", then go no further, because DVC isn't for you. Your second question is whether you like to go to Disney/Florida on a regular basis. Again, if you answer "no", stop, because DVC isn't in your future.
DVC is for those who vacation regularly, stay on-property, want luxury accommodations, and want to visit Disney often. DVC is a less expensive (over time) option to get those things, and it gives you far more flexibility and value for your money than any other timeshare.
