Hello, I wanted to look into doing the Disney international college program. I currently live in the uk and I was hoping someone could go over and explain what it is mostly about. I also was wondering about the wages, Roommates and traveling there.

I wanted to also know as I saw this somewhere when I was internet surfing that a bunch of friends did this program and they all became roommates, I am not particularly bothered but I was wondering if that was just luck or if you get put in a specific apartment with people and if their shifts are similar to yours.

Well the program is all about being on your own, maybe taking some of the optional classes, and working for a company known and respected around the world. It's pretty much a resume building internship. You'll be working as a front-line cast member making at least $7.79/hr. I'm not 100% sure how the ICP roommate system works but it's possible that you'll be placed with other cast members who have completely opposite shifts from yours. Your roommates could be regular CPs or a mix of CPs and ICPs. You cold be placed in any of the 4 apartment complexes also. If you request it when you arrive you may be able to room with any friends who are also doing the program at the same time as you. Hope I was able to clear a few things up for you.
