Information On Annual Passports Please!

Hi I am New here

I would like information on annual passports, I would like to purchase 5 fantasy passports for our trip in May, I would be grateful if someone would help with my questions.

Do you still get a discount for buying 5 Passports?
Do you buy the passports before the trip or wait until you get there?
Our first day will be 27 May which is excluded in the fantasy passports if we are getting the passports when we arrive can we make all the arrangements on the 27th so don’t have to waste time sorting it on 28th?

My last question, if I am sponsored will I get 2 discounts?

you'll need to buy the passes when you get there. a sponsorship will give you 10% off the passes you purchase. Please let me know if you need a sponsor - sent you a private message.

I'm not sure exclusions count on day of purchase. It'd be worth asking if you are going to be there anyway. If not you could just go back and explore the village.

Exclusions do not apply on the day of purchase. Buy 5 x one day passes when you get there, then visit the annual passport office inside DLRP, you will get a discount if you buy 5 passports at the same time (provided you can prove you all live at the same address), your cost of the 5 x day passes will be deducted from the cost of your passes. I'm not sure if you get extra discount by being sponsored, maybe someone else can answer that for you!? If you buy the new "Francillien" passports you can not use them on the second or third day of issue, so probably worth buying the Fantasy or Dream passes, just weigh up the benefits for your party. I hope that you enjoy your stay at DLRP, my advice to you is use this forum as everyone on here is knowledgable and VERY friendly.

I know that I can't combine family, shareholder and sponsor discounts Hopefully someone can answer the question if you can add the 20% family discount to the 10% sponsor discount

Thank-you for your replies especially Mickey for saying that we would be able to get in on the 7th then apply for the passport. This makes it a lot easier for us.

As there is 5 of us I think I will try and get the family 20% discount , but if anyone would like us to try with the sponsor form as well I don’t mind, It might work even if we don’t get the extra discount.

We are a Family of 2 adults and 3 kids 15, 8, 6 we will be staying Sun to Friday so it makes sence to get the passes. This will be our 3rd Visit but the first DIY one.

Thanks for the help, I will have more questions but have to fight the 15 year old to get on the PC.

I also have a question about AP which seems to have got lost in one of my other threads.

We arrive on 7th April and plan to maybe purchase day tickets, then 'trade' them in for Fantasy AP, this does not appear to be a problem. I think we already have a willing sponsor.

8th April is a blackout day, but I've figured we can purchase a day ticket for 50% less, so it's still going to be cost efffective to buy AP I think.

My question is - how do we purchase these day tickets? Can they be purchased the day before, or will we have to join what will probably be a long queue? If they can't be purchased on 7th, then can they be purchased at the hotel perhaps?

I assume that we will be allowed to do this? I'd hate to get to the Park and find there is a restriction or something

As this is the blackout day I think you will have to be in possession of your Fantasy AP and then have to queue up at the counter on the 8th to buy them and get the 50% discount. Hopefully someone who has actually done this may be able to clarify

Yikes, anyone know what time you can actually buy tickets so we can aim for the front of the queue?

Would be good if someone has done this and can clarify.....

I've never bought tickets using the AP.
Looking at the official link http://www.disneylandparis.com/fr/passeport_annuel/nonadh/fantasy.htm it would appear that you get 50% reduction on blackout days. So if you have two Fantasy passports you'll be able to get the discounted ticket for each passport

bavaria - i thought one could purchase AP's in advance aswell via the address on the disney website?
