Information about a WDCC Pin

Hi everyone. I finally picked up a copy of the Tomart 3rd Edition Pin Guide. I saw a pin I have never seen before and it does not appear to be on PinPics. The pin is on page 114, #MC0151. It is listed as part of the "Millennium Set" and is the Brass Spinning Wheel. I would appreciate any information anyone may have as I collect Sleeping Beauty and would be interested in obtaining this pin. Thanks.
