Info on the T Rex Restaurant in DD

Where is this restaurant supposed to be in DD? Anyone know when it's scheduled to open. We'll be there in early October 08, would love to take the kids there.

Outside the construction area it says Opening Fall 2008.

is located in the Marketplace near Pleasure Island. The McDonalds and Lego Store are next to it.
