Info on Regal Palms Pool Homes??

Does anyone have any information on these? It looks like their actual pool homes are offsite from the resort, but include amenity access. Does anyone know how far they are from the actual Regal Palms resort, specifically the pool area? It seems like some (maybe all??) are in the Highlands Reserve. If that's the case, do you know if you get amenity access ONLY by booking directly through Regal Palms? Cause I noticed Highlands Reserve listings on VRBO and they say nothing about RP. Anyone have any experience with these pool homes? how did you book them?

As far as I understand it the pool homes at HR do not have access to the RP facilities.I believe in the beginning of RP life they did but once the facilities at RP were up and running they stopped.I can check and find out from an owner on RP and HR for you and get back with the info.

Right have checked with with owners .Here is what a RP owner told me

Regal Palms do not have pool homes but there are some misleading adverts... I spoke to a guest recently that was furious because the Ad said Pool homes at Regal palms resort and that's what she expected.

Some houses that are managed by Superior on Highlands are able to use the facilities at Regal palms but will have to pay a $10 daily resort fee on check in.. Its a rip off charge but The pool and clubhouse is actually owned by Superior.

The pool area now has only one entrance in and has an attendant and only guests with wrist bands will be allowed entry... This is to stop the neighbouring guests from using it.. TBH some owners on Highlands did use to tell their guests they could use the pool and Gym..
